Ray Ontko (President) is President of Doxpop, LLC, a web-based information service. A veteran actor on the Richmond Civic Theatre stage, he is a former board member and past president of RCT. Ray plays ‘cello in the Richmond Community Orchestra and is a founding board member of the RCO. He is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Earlham College, and also serves on the boards of the Indiana Landmarks Foundation, the Wayne County Foundation, and the historic Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church and Community Center (the Reid Center).
Nate Eastman (VP) is the Director of First-Year Success at Earlham College, where he teaches Shakespeare, Early Modern literature, Drama, and Poetry. He is most recently the author of Shakespeare’s Storytelling (2021), and has written dozens of other books and articles on Shakespeare, Early Modern literature and culture, curriculum design, and teaching.
Carol Hunyadi (Treasurer) is the business manager for the law offices of Stephen L Hunyadi. Carol has a long history of service to the community, including as a past member of the boards of directors for the Richmond Symphony Orchestra, Sunrise Therapeutic Riding Center, and Pet Haven.
Terrence Metz (Secretary) is managing director at MG RUSH Facilitation Training. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, his curriculum stresses the precision of rhetoric: the process of adjusting ideas to people and people to ideas. As both a Berrett-Koehler and CRC Press published author, he introduced the concept of holism to the field of structured facilitation, as a method for keeping group communications on target and aligned with audience needs.
Alisa Clapp-Itnyre, PhD, is Professor of English at Indiana University East (1999 to present). She teaches children’s literature and British literature, including Shakespeare’s plays and poetry, and, since 2002, has regularly taken groups of students to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival, Ontario. She is the author of scholarly publications and two academic books, the latest British Hymn Books for Children, 1800 to 1900 (Routledge, 2016). Married to Ron Itnyre, fellow instructor at IUE in biology, they have one daughter, a student at IU Bloomington. All three are active at Richmond Civic Theatre as actors and volunteers.
Shane R. Edington is an attorney in Centerville, Indiana, that has always had a fondness for Shakespeare. He has performed in a variety of plays over the years. He is the past Executive Director of Whitewater Valley Pro Bono Commission, Inc. and has served on a variety of boards in Wayne County.
Kathy Khamis, an attorney and costume designer, is the site coordinator for Communities in Schools at Elizabeth Starr Elementary School in Richmond. She presently serves as Commissioner for the Housing Authority of Richmond, and serves on the boards of directors for Help the Animals and Richmond Columbian Properties. She has served on a number of non-profit organization boards in Wayne County. Her film credits include work as wardrobe supervisor for 2 films by Zack Parker: Proxy (2013), Scalene (2011).
Michael Khamis is Director of Reid Radiology at Reid Health. He was also executive producer for 3 films by Zack Parker: Proxy (2013), Scalene (2011) and Quench (2007).
Stu Milligan is a Richmond native and self-employed contractor selling and installing window shades. He is a graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington) in History, and studied Spanish, Business, and, he admits, Greek life. During a gap year to travel in Up with People he discovered the fun of live theater and returned to Richmond as a frequent volunteer on- and off-stage at Richmond Civic Theatre. He enjoys time with his daughter, son and dad who all live nearby. He is a dedicated community volunteer promoting tennis, bicycling, and now Shakespeare.
